Personal training allows the trainer to program specifically for the individuals goals. They will do an initial assessment and health history as well as a goal setting session. A program will then be developed according to the goals, muscle imbalances, weaknesses, etc to help them attain what they went over.

Small group training varies from our larger groups in several ways. The times are scheduled by the client. The workouts are made according to the groups specific goal. The trainer can better cater to each individual and break down exercises and progressions for all of them.
